WG “Bill” Hill (January 20, 1953 — November 16, 2023)

WG”Bill” Hill, Jr., passed away on November 16,2023. He was preceded in death by his parents Jewel and W.G. Hill Sr.; grandchild Brenden Hill; aunt and uncle Jean and Jack Mithchell.

Bill is survived by his wife of 49 years Gail Hill; two sons, Brian (Amy) Hill and Brandon (Julia) Hill; grandchildren, Makenze Hill, Alyssa Hill and Colton Hill; sister Connie (Sam) Bowers; two brothers, Howard (Carol) Hill and Terry (Sherry) Hill and numerous other loving family members and friends. His two favorite furry friends Rocky and Ginger will miss him after being by his side for many years.

Mr. Hill was a devoted member of Rock United Methodist Church in Tarrant. He also worked for many years with the food pantry in Tarrant. He worked by Bruno’s for 21 years before retiring in mangement. He was a huge Elvis fan.

Bill loved his grandchildren and loved spending time with them and telling stories to them. It is said the he was the best story teller in the family and could have his grandchildren go to another world with the stories he could tell.

There was a graveside service on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
